Our Managers and Management Couples come from a range of backgrounds. Some come from larger branded operators such as Greene King and Vintage Inns, but others come from running their own businesses and have decided returned to company management. We find our style can accommodate both – those coming from corporate operations will recognise the weekly controls and information, but welcome the freedom on menu selection some local food buying and a friendlier more supportive approach from the Senior Management team in terms of business development. Those coming from their own businesses conversely don’t find our reporting systems onerous and again welcome the support offered in growing their business.
