British Country Inns operate 30 pub restaurant businesses across southern England, the Midlands and South Wales.
The styles of businesses we operate include local ‘Pub ‘eateries, high quality carvery restaurants, branded style steakhouse pubs and a number of style/ gastro Pubs. Many of the businesses have en suite Hotel rooms with the principal 10 sites having a total of 100 rooms between them.
The company is run by a small approachable management team of two Executive Directors, three Operations Managers, Health & safety Officer and a Web Marketing Manager. Within boundaries we give a great deal of freedom to managers and chefs to develop their own menus and styles. We then support them with web based and other marketing initiatives; and encourage them to grow the profitability of their businesses through careful monitoring of sales and margins.
Management salaries vary with experience and size of business.
